This is a gentle yoga class, with some moderate postures. Guided from a place of soul and spirit, expect to feel aligned, opened and refreshed. Classes usually end with an angel card circle and dark chocolate. Different experiences create other kinds of openings:  Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), guided meditations, essential oils.
