Meditation classes with Judy are free (donations accepted for space rental) and run every Sunday from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. These classes are open to anyone. Judy has been teaching Kriya meditation for more than 20 years.
This class blends guided meditation with silence, followed by sharing and questions.
Kriya is easy to learn. The beginning Kriya exercise involves visualization of divine light and energy running through the body and the brain system, and down the spine. It purifies our consciousness and helps us to feel filled with love, patience, forgiveness, joy, clarity, inspiration, humility, and peace.
People of all faiths or no faith may enjoy this practice.
