ONGOING

Kriya Meditation - weekly class - Just walk in!
Kriya Meditation Sundays 5-6 p.m. (donation only)
This class is guided, using imagery, breath and teachings of Yogananda.
Kriya provides a personal experience of the Divine. Join us anytime - new people always welcomed.

Full Moon RYSE-INGS - held monthly 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. - $20
Full Moon RYSEINGS happen every month around the time of the full moon. RYSE is a full energy clearing done in a group.
All you do is sit with your eyes closed and you receive individual healing work. Experience yourself as the joyous light-being you are through RYSE (Realizing Your Sublime Energies)  Just walk in! No registration required.

Reiki clinics - held monthly  7:00 p.m.
Reiki is a gentle, hands on healing that everyone may benefit from.  Sessions are 45 minutes for a $20 minimum donation.  All practitioners are certified in Reiki.  Judy is a Reiki Master Teacher and supervises the clinic.

Soul Collage® Workshops - (normally) 1st Sunday of each month
1-4 p.m., $30

Come play with images to honor your self and your life! Learn about the four "suits" then, using pictures from magazines, catalogs and calendars, create 5X8" cards that depict your community, your inner guides (or council) or whatever you value: nature, the sacred, anything! No art experience required, and all materials supplied. See samples.

Some workshops will focus on individual suits. Check often to see what is being offered.

Reiki Training & Certification

Reiki training is available in first and second degree, Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher

First Degree Usui Reiki

History of Reiki, hand positions, aligning to your highest healing energy, anatomy, ethics, Reiki attunements.
$150 for the training; phone registration required. 781-639-1236

Second Degree Usui Reiki

Reiki Symbols, distance healing, appropriate use of intuition, practice
intuition, practice Reiki sessions with symbols, practice distance healing, Second Degree Attunements
Class fee is $300. These trainings are also available. Please contact Judy to talk about these programs, at 617-240-3671.

For Reiki Practitioners:  Deepening your Reiki Healing
For all Reiki practitioners certified at any level.  Learn ways to enhance your Reiki to help clients move deeply into their healing process.
