ONGOING

Kriya Meditation - weekly class - Just walk in!
Kriya Meditation Sundays 5-6 p.m. (donation only)
This class is guided, using imagery, breath and teachings of Yogananda.
Kriya provides a personal experience of the Divine. Join us anytime - new people always welcomed.

Full Moon RYSE-INGS - held monthly 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. - $35
Full Moon RYSEINGS happen every month around the time of the full moon. RYSE is a full energy clearing done in a group.
All you do is sit with your eyes closed and you receive individual healing work. Experience yourself as the joyous light-being you are through RYSE (Realizing Your Sublime Energies)  Just walk in! No registration required.

Reiki clinics - held monthly every third Wednesday 7:00-7:45 p.m.
Reiki is a gentle, hands on healing that everyone may benefit from.  Sessions are 45 minutes for a $10 minimum donation.  All practitioners are certified in Reiki.  Judy is a Reiki Master Teacher and supervises the clinic.

Women's Ongoing Healing Group

Judy works with women who wish to bring their healing into a group format. Group healing offers another level of depth for those seeking self-discovery and acceptance from a group. When a group accepts you, all that acceptance comes back to you as self love. Participants go deep into healing and provide Presence for each other. If you are interested in joining a group, please contact Judy. These groups are ongoing and require a commitment of three sessions.  The group meets monthly for three months, then you may re-commit and others may join.

Soul Collage® Workshops

Come play with images to honor your self and your life! Learn about the four "suits" then, using pictures from magazines, catalogs and calendars, create 5X8" cards that depict your community, your inner guides (or council) or whatever you value: nature, the sacred, anything! No art experience required, and all materials supplied.

Some workshops will focus on individual suits. Check often to see what is being offered.

The Creation Class
Manifesting all of who you are and what you want

The condition of your chakra system can either support or challenge your ability to attract and manifest what you want in your life.
A clear energy system frees you from energy blocks and aligns you to your highest aspects. With a clear system, your intentions arise from a place of clarity and joy, you "beam" positive thoughts, and the universe responds by attracting to you what you truly want.

This course explores: the Law of Attraction and Energy Theory,
the role of your energy system in manifestation, identifying your highest intentions, and clearing what may be in the way. You will receive a deep energy clearing and resources to help you stay aligned.

Enlightening your Inner Voices

Those nudges that come from within are aspects of ourselves who have something important to say. Learn what these voices, or "sub-personalities" are wanting you to know. Through guided imagery, journaling, meditation, dialogue, energy healing and fun "homework" your result will be an internal integration, allowing you more freedom to be all of who you are.

REIKI TRAINING

Reiki Training & Certification

Reiki training is available in first and second degree, Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher

First Degree Usui Reiki Training and Certification

History of Reiki, hand positions, aligning to your highest healing energy, anatomy, ethics, Reiki attunements.

Second Degree Usui Reiki Training & Certification

Reiki Symbols, distance healing, appropriate use of intuition, practice
intuition, practice Reiki sessions with symbols, practice distance healing, Second Degree Attunements
