Dadaji will give talks and spiritual blessings at various locations, primarily north of Boston, Massachusetts during his upcoming stay here.  Time with him also includes Q&A and meditation.

Dadaji embraces all religions and spiritual practices. He teaches a way to meditate that simply focuses on heart. Dadaji is looking forward to giving his blessings to groups during his visit in 2010.

Shri Dadaji is an awakened master guru from Dhule India. When you gaze into his eyes and he touches your head, it is called kripradristi, which means blessed light. Guru is passing on his positive energy. The hand is to give his power to your body. Shri Dadaji gives kundalini (spiritual energy) to the heart chakra, then that energy may go up to the crown of the head. Shri Dadaji never charges a fee for his teachings or his blessings.

Live a humble life, Shri Dadaji says. If someone wishes bad for you, still wish good for them. Always think good thoughts and wish happiness for others. Release cravings to feel important; just give goodness and stay positive. Let this become your practice, moment to moment. If you try to run after something it will go further away. It’s simple if you immerse yourself into it. Pass on good thoughts and energy. Stay still.

Guru’s blessing is a transmission of divine energy. By sight and touch guru passes energy.

Meditation classes with Judy

Paramahansa Yogananda

Meditation classes run every Sunday from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. for donation only. Judy has been teaching meditation for the last 19 years.

This class blends Kriya meditation with traditional practices of India, including mantras, self inquiry,  and heart-centered meditation.  Kriya was brought to the US in the 1920's by Paramahansa Yogananda, an awakend guru from India and the author of many books including the classic Autobiography of a Yogi.

Kriya is easy to learn. The beginning Kriya exercise involves visualization of divine light and energy running through the body and the brain system.  It purifies our consciousness and helps us to feel filled with love, patience, forgiveness, joy, clarity, inspiration, humility, and peace.

People of all faiths may enjoy this practice.

The heart-centered meditation involves placing your awareness on the lower heart chakra.   Shri Dadaji, a guru from India, taught this meditation to a group gathered at A Higher Balance Healing Center in September, 2007.  Judy spent 8 days in India with Dadaji in November, 2008 and two weeks with him in November/December 2009.  Dadaji will be visiting again.  Stay tuned for dates.

All are welcome.  Just walk in.
