Private Healing Sessions
Private healing in Polarity Therapy, RYSE, Reiki, massage and combo sessions is available days, evenings and weekends.  No matter which modality you choose, Judy's intuitive work will help raise your vibration, so you can move forward toward wholeness.

When you experience yourself with a clear energy system, you see things in a whole new perspective.  Energy healing with Judy releases you from old patterns, and brings you to a new level of self awareness...your true nature.

Guided Kriya Meditation
Every Sunday, 5-6 p.m. Donation only.

Meditation and Mindfulness for Harmonious Living
Weekly class Tuesdays 7:00-8:15 p.m. $20 per class.  Exploration of meditation and mindfulness practices.  Meant to ease stress and help you start and maintain a daily practice.

Meditation for Creative Living and Spiritual Awareness
A special walk-in program presented by Subhash Mahajan.  Four Tuesday mornings: July 29 & Aug. 5, 12 and 19 from 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.  Donations accepted.  No registration required. 

Full Moon RYSE-ING
Monday, August 11, 7:00-8:30 p.m. $35.  No registration required; just come to receive a full RYSE clearing in a group.  The group energy is special!

A Healing Journey - with Godfrey.  $35ea or $50 for both
Thursday, August 14, 7:15-9:30 pm, and/or Saturday, August 16, 9:45 - noon.  Godfrey is a Qi Gong master healer who has been teaching meditation and healing techniques across the country for over 12 years.  Using Chi Gong techniques the journey will bring peace & empowerment.

SoulCollage
Monday, August 18, 6:30-9:30 p.m. $35
Collage your soul with images, mat board and a glue stick; all materials supplied.  Gather with kindred spirits and honor your soul's passions and gifts.  See samples.

Reiki Clinic

Wednesday, Aug. 20.  7:00 - 8:30 p.m.  Receive a 45-minute Reiki healing from a certified practitioner.  Minimum donation is $10. Contact Ann Naughton at 978-745-3424 for appointment.

Sound Healing Workshop with Nancy L. Cooper
Friday, August 22, 7:00 - 9:30 p.m.  $40

This will be both, a wonderful and powerful time together! 

Come explore and create together using our voices (you don’t have to have what you think is a good voice!), rhythm instruments, and several tonal instruments (tuning forks, glockenspiels, chimes).  We will also learn a Self -Toning Chakra technique using vowels, colors, and visualizations.  We will end with a blessing ceremony using Chant.

Nancy Lynn is a professional musician, composer, and certified sound practitioner.  Her primary focus is on the awareness, expression and inspiring of the inherent divine qualities within each individual. 

Reiki First Degree Certification
Saturday, August 23.  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Learn the history of Reiki, the hand positions, how to align your energy for healing work, how to start a Reiki practice, ethics and standards of practice.  Receive the four Reiki first degree attunements.  Call to register.

Reiki Second Degree Certification
Saturday, Sept. 6, 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  For those who have Reiki First Degree certification.  Class includes alignment process for healing, review of Reiki patterns, Second Degree attunements, Second Degree symbols, distance healing, appropriate use of intuition, energy field awareness, practice sessions with symbols and practice with distance healing.  Call Judy to register.  781-639-1236. 

Reiki Master and Master Teacher training is available.  Call for details.

Upcoming events - save the dates!

RYSE Level One Workshop

Saturday, Sept. 13, 9:30 - 12:30 p.m. $75.  Learn about your energy system, how to self-align your energy and receive the Level One RYSE clearing.  Level two RYSE will be held at a date selected by the class.  Call for info.  RYSE means Realizing Your Sublime Energies.

Women's Healing Group
A group for deep sharing, letting go, giving and receiving support and hands-on healing.  Join the sweetness of a women's healing circle.  New group begins Sat., September 27.  Contact Judy for info at 781.639.1236.

Yoga & Your Sacred Self Sundays Sept. 28, Oct. 5, 12, 26
(No class Oct. 19)
This class will open and relax your body and invoke the presence of your sacred self through soft affirmations, imagery, relaxation and meditation.  Space is limited:  Pre-registration only; $50.

Saturday, Oct. 18, 9:00-1:30 and Sunday, Oct. 19 12:30-4:30
